Specialty Cheese Shop Planned for Southern Sioux Falls
Sioux Falls, SD – A specialty cheese shop will open in the new Remington retail development at 69th Street and Western Avenue.
The family business will be owned by Tim and Patty Czmowski and managed by their son, Michael. Tim Czmowski has worked in the industry for more than 30 years, managing cheese factories and judging international competitions.
Bringing the world’s best varieties of cheese to a retail storefront is a rewarding culmination to his career, he said.
