SCIENTIFIC EXPLORER Launches 9 New Science Kits At Toy Fair 2014

SCIENTIFIC EXPLORER® will introduce its 2014 product line to retailers and media at the American International Toy Fair®, being held February 16th through the 19th in New York City at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

Interactive experiments that help make learning fun are the reason why SCIENTIFIC EXPLORER® is a leader in activity-based science kits for children. This year’s product introductions include “My First” kits specifically to introduce younger kids, starting at age 4, to the fun of experimenting, as well as more advanced kits for older kids, age 5+ and 8+ in varying themes from how ice cream is made to rocket science.

“My First” kits from Scientific Explorer® teach basic science concepts in fun and engaging ways, such as this year’s My First Backyard Explorer KitTM where kids use worms and bugs to learn about microscopes.

Based on the Great Explorations in Math and Science (GEMS) program, which was developed at UC Berkeley’s Lawrence Hall of Science, Ice Cream ScienceTM teaches the chemistry behind making ice cream. Other fun and engaging topics for this year’s new science kits include pirate treasure hunts, sports, glow in the dark, mysterious colors and turbo rockets.
