Thirteen Olives Adds New Flavor to Area
Clarks Summit, PA – Clarks Summit is getting a taste of a growing trend.
Thirteen Olives, an olive oil and vinegar store, opened last month as Northeast Pennsylvania’s only tasting room.
Gene Litz Jr., the owner and manager of the shop, is a 2002 alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America and has been in the restaurant business for years.
