Evansville Gift Shop Returns to its Roots
Evansville, IN – Back in February, when Bill Hillenbrand moved his Rose Marie’s Gifts, Inc., back to familiar territory in Olde Towne at 1116 Lincoln Ave., the weather wasn’t favorable for a celebratory cookout.
This Saturday, he will make up for the lost time by holding, what he is calling an Old Fashioned Summertime Cookout, at his shop.
He said the cookout, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., will be open to the public.
Samples of over two dozen flavored coffees and more than 30 teas will be served , provided by Jenny Korach, owner and operator of Olde Towne’s Pennyjohns shop in which Hillenbrand shares retail space.
