Las Vegas Market adds new furniture tenants, reports major renewals and expansions

The furniture category continues to grow at Las Vegas Market, with new showroom additions, relocations and expansions showcasing a variety of furniture, home décor and accessories throughout Buildings A, B and C at the upcoming winter event, held Jan. 24-28, 2016. The comprehensive offering represents the widest presentation of furniture resources to date and encompasses more than 400,000 square feet across the campus. “With the addition of new tenants as well as significant expansions and renewals, we’re seeing more breadth and depth being showcased throughout the category,” said Ryan Mahoney, vice president of furniture leasing for Las Vegas Market. “Manufacturers see the value of having a strong presence here and are making long-term commitments — they are seeing the benefits, seeing the right buyers.”

Beyond indoor, the casual presentation of permanent showrooms on C 12 continues to grow at Las Vegas Market as well, with more than 60 companies exhibiting to date. Recent additions include Amauri-Outdoor, Jordan Manufacturing, and Telescope Casual joins many of the industry’s leading outdoor manufacturers including Agio, Summer Classics, Hanamint, Tommy Bahama, ScanCom, NorthCape International and more.
