New exhibitors added to iconic showplace building for April High Point Market

One of the most iconic buildings at the High Point Market, Showplace is adding new sources to its impressive lineup for the Spring show, April 22-26, 2017. Art Point (Show 2314), Steven Shell (Show 2340), and GTR Leather (Show 3605) are now part of the centrally located building, just steps away from the Market’s Transportation Terminal.

“Showplace is really at the heart of the High Point Market,” said Julie Messner, senior vice president of Furniture and Home Décor Leasing for International Market Centers (IMC). “The visually stunning building is home to a broad selection of rugs, wall art, decorative accessories, upholstery, leather, case goods, juvenile products, and more. We’re excited to have new sources join our anchor tenants that include American Leather, Four Hands, Furniture Classics, Home Trends & Design, Jaipur, Rowe, Steve Silver, Sunpan Modern Home and Surya.”

Bridging modern and traditional, Showplace has earned its reputation as a key destination for top retailers, designers and buyers in High Point. The building, covering more than 600,000 square feet, provides a diverse array of product offerings in one location and covers all price points. Expanded/relocated Showplace showrooms for Spring include Southern Sky Home (Show 2312) and Uwharrie Chair (Show 3446).

In addition to traditional furniture, Showplace also is known for presenting a wide selection of outdoor products, and buyers this month will see expanded lines and collections from companies such as Agio, Gloster, The Hammock Source, Panama Jack, Pelican Reef and Telescope.
