Job Title

Director of Design, Home Division

Accomplishments

Potter joined Mud Pie as a designer in 2013 and has been a creative force ever since. She decided early in her career that the more skills she had, the better she could design. Equipped with a fashion design degree from SCAD, she headed to NYC to work with Betsey Johnson, assisting in nearly every area of the company. As she became exposed to all aspects of the design world, she wanted more graphic arts expertise. So she headed back to Atlanta to put herself through the Art Institute at night, while working days, and ultimately, earning her graphic design degree. Today she oversees the Home designers who unveil hundreds of new designs each season. Potter leads by example and welcomes each new design challenge that is put in front of her. She continues to innovate as Mud Pie expands into new categories like pillows, rugs, throws, home decor and more. She is an active volunteer in Mud Pie’s community projects and is always willing to lend her support.
