Designer Greetings Inc. acquires Expressions Unlimited Inc.
Designer Greetings, Inc. announced that it has acquired Expressions Unlimited Inc.
Expressions Unlimited Inc. was founded in 1994 as a family owned and operated independent distributor, supplying a full line of everyday and seasonal cards, gift wrap and gift bag products to a wide range of customers.
“Expressions provides excellent product and service to a variety of retailers throughout the South. We look forward to continuing and building upon the success that they have forged over the past 26 years,” Steven Gimbelman, president and CEO of Designer Greetings said.
With Expressions Unlimited Inc., this marks the 13th acquisition for the greeting card company since 2006. Others include: Palm Press Inc., Kristin Michaels Greetings, Northern Exposure Greetings, V&M Sales, Madison Park Greetings, Mike’s Distributing, Treasure Greetings, Card$mart, Glitterwrap, Red Farm Studio, Royal Greetings, and enGreet.
