Imagine This and The Special Tea Room

One year after opening her gift shop, Imagine This, Carol Zeien moved next door into a larger building, and added The Special Tea Room. The result was a 20-fold increase in sales in the gift shop. “The name is intended to tell customers that a visit here will be unique,” Zeien says.

While quiche is often on the menu, the ingredients are never the same. Her signature dish is “The Debutante,” a peach cobbler with a twist. Zeien also sells and serves dozens of different wines. The gift shop offers visitors an eclectic mix of styles and designs, making a trip to Imagine This and The Special Tea Room a special trip indeed.
