Tucked away in a quiet south Minneapolis neighborhood, this all-vegan gift shop is truly unique. Store manager Dallas Rising says this non-profit, owned by the local Animal Rights Coalition, believes in giving people the option to find fun, fashionable and animal-friendly (vegan) gifts at affordable prices.

From fancy shoes to adorable necklaces, Éthique Nouveau offers great gift options for the conscious buyer. All purchases go toward funding the coalition. Rising says as Minnesota’s only 100 percent vegan gift shop, the store has made leaps and bounds over the years for the foundation and its customers.

“We find that we have two types of customers, people who are already vegan and people who know or need to shop for someone who is vegan. Nowadays, almost everyone knows someone who is vegan, and we make it easy to buy for them,” Rising says.
