New trends and products arrive at Atlanta Market

{Sponsored} Buyers continue to choose Atlanta Market for cross-category shopping with ease. At Winter Market, several exhibitors noted retailers looking for puzzle, jewelry and clothing lines to expand their product mix. Other trends include loungewear and inspirational books and cards.
According to Vicky Mutterties, owner of Tango Reps, specific brands like True South Puzzles, Megan Brown Jewelry and Cobblestone Living were especially popular in January.
“People want products that have a little more meaning behind them,” Mutterties said. “I tend to think it’s more about the type of companies people will buy from the companies with charitable givebacks and stronger values.”

One such company is True South Puzzles, a company founded in Nashville,
Tennessee. The company works with local artists to create puzzles for people of all ages. Part of True South Puzzles’ mission is to support nonprofit organizations that leave an impact. Proceeds from select puzzles benefit nonprofit organizations such as Nashville Humane Association, Friends of Great Smoky Mountains National Park and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
Meghan Browne Style was particularly popular among buyers at AmericasMart. Her jewelry line offers affordable necklaces, bracelets, earrings and more. Meghan Browne keeps up with all the trends and provides a fresh line of jewelry to fit any wardrobe.
“The jewelry line, Meghan Browne, did really well. It’s affordable; it’s on-trend; she knows how to choose styles and she can deliver quickly,” Mutterties said.

Cobblestone Living was another popular line in the Tango showroom at Atlanta Market this winter. The line features different varieties of products such as women’s clothing, jewelry, travel accessories, luggage sets and tote bags. These timeless products are produced in Italy and especially caught the eye of buyers.
“(Buyers) are going to find products that they may not see in other places. Our
products are thought-through, they’re not mass-market. They’re made for boutique-style retailers and there will always be something fresh,” Mutterties said.

A few floors up, The Link Companies expect to see continued growth in trends in casual apparel, fashion accessories and gifts.
World’s Softest Socks, a sock company made for people of all ages, sold particularly well at January Market, according to Brad Rosenkampff, CPO and managing partner at The Link Companies. World’s Softest Socks was founded by Crescent Sock Company and is American-made.

“Casual apparel is still big even coming out of COVID,” Rosenkampff said. “People are still definitely dressing as casual and comfortable as ever.”
For those looking for fashion accessories, Myra Bag has many popular products ranging from belts, wallets, jewelry and more. Their products are crafted from premium quality leather and recycled materials gathered from Indian forests.
A great gift-giving company for men Rosenkampff recommends is Duke Cannon Supply Co. They value hard work, community, family and, of course, bacon. Duke Cannon offers products for the body, face, beard and hair. They also offer a variety of product bundles — a perfect gift for any occasion.
“We pride ourselves on relationships, customer service, and just taking care of the retailer,” said Rosenkampff. “We try to be positive, professional and productive.”
