Wind & Fire Jewelry Frank Fiasconaro, owner

Mission: Wind & Fire believes in giving back and supporting society by donating a portion of the profits it earns to nonprofit organizations that support children with disabilities, among others. Wind & Fire’s Heart and Soul is inspired by the Fiasconaro’s 16-year-old son, who has cerebral palsy. “Direct involvement with the special needs population has taught us too many lessons to enumerate,” Fiasconaro explains. “Just because you cannot walk and you cannot talk, does not mean you cannot express yourself, teach others and make a difference in the world.”

How do the products serve the mission? A portion of the proceeds from the sale of every bracelet is donated to various charities supporting children with disabilities.

Plans for the future: Wind & Fire continues to expand at an exponential pace, adding many new styles and dealers every week. Next year the company will partner with several new charities, adding to existing charity partners the Miracle League, Meeting Street and Autism Speaks, among others.
