Jewelry as Sculptural Art

The shapes, textures, and materials in jewelry reflect sculptural qualities. The shapes themselves are either geometric or biomorphic, imitating the organic qualities in nature. The textures either have a patina with a multicolored appearance or look as though they have been hand-hammered and smoothly refined.
