If you would like to keep abreast of the latest styles in table linens as well as other home linens, two upcoming industry events just might be your ticket:
The New York Tabletop Week at 7W New York will run from October 27-31 in New York City.
Special product launches, tastings and receptions are planned for the week. Among the many companies showcasing new lines will be Now Designs, VIETRI, Zak Designs, Weimar US and more. Tabletop and entertaining experts will present seminars and display ideas.
George Little Management, LLC (GLM), 230 Fifth Avenue and 7 W New York have forged an alliance to produce and promote Home Textiles Market Week semi-annually in New York City.
The show offers a full slate of educational programs addressing home fashion retailing issues and opportunities. Sessions, which are held at the Javits Center, will address color and design trends, and consumer preferences.
The next edition of the Home Textiles Market Week is planned for January 31—February 7, 2008. There is also one planned for next summer: August 14-21, 2008. Home Textiles Market Week runs at the New York International Gift Fair (Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, February 3-7 and August 17-21), 230 Fifth Avenue (February 2-7 and August 16-21) and The New York Gift Week at 7 W New York (January 31 – February 7 and August 14-21).
