Summer 2012
Trends: Today & Tomorrow

Wood you Faux Bois?

Wood is not only popular as a product material, it is on trend as a pattern too. Wood grain used as a design pattern creates warmth when used in home decor. It is popping up in unexpected places like stationery and textiles. But real wood has a few surprises of its own and vendors of neckties, watches and eyeglass frames have embraced it. Watch for more combinations of wood tones to create a rainbow effect as this trend grows throughout 2012 and into the new year.
