Save the Date! The chocolate makers at Harbor Sweets® are launching a new contemporary collection, Salt & Ayre™ this June at the Summer 2013 Fancy Food Show in New York, booth 4809. Salt & Ayre is Harbor Sweets’ first new line since 2001, and was inspired by conversations with loyal customers and with company friend/eminent cookbook author Lora Brody. Salt & Ayre boasts seven heavenly bite-size indulgences with flavor notes including Thai ginger, chai, caramel and Himalayan sea salt and its packaging will feature a new distinctive look and style.
Massachusetts-based Harbor Sweets has been successful not following trends, so the development of Salt & Ayre during its milestone 40th anniversary is simply lucky happenstance. Salt & Ayre is ideal for gourmet and specialty food shops that specialize in limited edition sweets. We welcome you to stop by the booth.
