New & Original Art for Sale or License Showcased in the Licensing Gallery @ NYIGF

White Plains, NY – New and original artwork – from trendy to traditional – will be showcased at The Licensing Gallery @ NYIGF®, an annual business-to-business forum presented during the winter edition of the New York International Gift Fair® (NYIGF®). Javits Convention Center.

A wide range of original art and design will be available in styles such as graphic, whimsical, retro, architectural, botanical, abstract and painterly. The art is ideal for product development across a multitude of consumer goods categories, including bedding, home furnishings, tabletop, floor coverings, apparel, giftware, stationery and more.

The Licensing Gallery @ NYIGF debuted in 2010, in response to requests from exhibitors inSURTEX®, the GLM-owned tradeshow dedicated to the sale and license of art and design, for a winter market offering access to a broad group of home and gift manufacturers.  The Licensing Gallery is an exclusive venue offered to SURTEX exhibitors to expand their business opportunities ahead of the show’s annual May timeframe.

The 2nd annual edition of The Licensing Gallery @ NYIGF will run Saturday, January 29, through Monday, January 31, 2011, in the Javits Center’s Level One Special Events Lobby.  Show hours are 9am – 6pm daily.
