Artisan Chocolate Shop Bon Bon Bon Introduces Detroit to ‘Good Goodies’
Detroit, MI – One might say Alexandra Clark has searched the world over for the perfect chocolate. But her love for Detroit brought her back home to open her artisan chocolate shop.
Clark, 26, opened Bon Bon Bon in a 650-square-foot former cupcake shop in Hamtramck earlier this month.
Her love for chocolate began while she studied hospitality and food science at Michigan State University and continued into her study of baking and pastry arts at Schoolcraft College.
