Necessities Pavilion Debuts at Atlanta Apparel; Accessories Hot This January

Atlanta, GA — Retailers will discover a wider collection of accessories this January as Atlanta Apparel unveils several new showrooms and the Necessities Pavilion featuring 18 companies, located in the Southwest Quadrant on the 8th floor. The Necessities Pavilion is an all-inclusive accessories showcase featuring everything from skin care to handbags, scarves and jewelry—all captured in a state-of-the-art showroom with an open-air, loft-like gallery environment.

Hundreds of accessory lines will debut trendy spring and summer styles and fresh colors, including these fashion-forward names: Echo, Olivia Rose Tal, Virgin Saints and Angels, La FLORITENE skin care, Badgley Mischka, Santi, Franchi, Lordane, Elliott Lucca, San Diego Hat Company, Hobo, Lodis, Nash, David and Scotti, Betty Carre.

Accessories are one of the easiest and best ways to add newness to a store without high-cost risk, and it’s an impulse-buy for customers—which mean big profit for retailers—along with a great way to add designer names to an apparel store.

Fashion accessories centers are found on the permanent floors 6-8, and in the floor 4 temporaries with high-end contemporary brands found in Premiere (floor 2). Atlanta Apparel is hosting a launch party of the pavilion on Saturday at 11 a.m.

Additionally, retailers are invited to the “Essence of Accessories” event on Saturday at 2 p.m. on floors 4, 6, 7 and 8. Here, they will have the opportunity to pick up a “jewelry” box full of designers’ products and promotions and stop by each participating showroom or booth to see even more styles.
