Baby Planet scores three awards for strollers
Chicago, IL – Baby Planet is proud to announce that all three of its new strollers styles, the Solo, Unity and Max, have won awards from Creative Child Magazine. The magazine gave its top prize, Top Choice Award 2007, to the Max Pro in the Travel System Category.
In addition, the Solo Sport and the Unity Sport won the Seal of Excellence in the Stroller Category.
“We are thrilled that our strollers, borne of innovation and hard work, are being received so enthusiastically,” said president Pete Myers. “It’s everything we could hope for in our first year in the business.”
Baby Planet’s Unity Sport twin stroller earlier in the year won the 2007 JPMA Innovation Award from the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association, in recognition of its unique design features that make it exceptionally easy to maneuver.
Although Baby Planet’s stroller just hit the streets in 2007, the team behind it is anything but newbies. Baby Planet has been described as one of the most exciting and innovative new companies to emerge in the juvenile market in years by raising the bar with its cutting edge product design, customer comfort and convenience, affordability, and above all – safety. The attention surrounds Baby Planet Founder Myers and Partner Eric Wang, along with their incredibly talented and experienced team.
Both Myers and Wang have become synonymous with excellence in the juvenile products industry for nearly 20 years. From award-winning and industry shaping designs to manufacturing and quality excellence, this partnership knows how to get the job done.
In addition to Baby Planet’s impressive leadership, the company has more than 100 years in cumulative professional experience and boasts a roster of seasoned engineers, highly-trained developmental experts and leading design authorities possessing a wealth of knowledge and expertise with some of the most well-known brands in the industry.
Although Baby Planet’s new product line is a combination of savvy engineering know-how and consumer convenience, thanks to the company’s innovative stroller recycling program, it’s also socially responsible and environmentally friendly. Parents can ship their used Baby Planet stroller back to the company free of charge by downloading a postage-paid label at the Baby Planet website www.baby-planet.com. The folks at Baby Planet will help consumers find a local charity that Baby Planet has partnered with to help consumers find a new home for a Baby Planet or any brand stroller that still has use left in it. Or if its better days are now behind it, they’ll disassemble it and send the materials off to a recycling center.
Baby Planet strives to enhance the baby’s “total” environment by contributing to a safer, more comfortable place for every child. That is why there’s no one who takes more pride in taking care of the world that surrounds your baby than the team at Baby Planet. Visit baby-planet.com for more information.
