Baker Mary Lesh Turns Sweet Dreams into Success with Mary’s Creative Cakery
Saginaw, MI – For Mary Lesh, 57, what started as baking cakes for her children evolved into creating a business for people in the community to satisfy their sugar fix since February 1999.
Mary’s Creative Cakery, 7494 Gratiot, offers an assortment of treats including chocolate turtles, cupcakes and other chocolate dipped confections.
The bakery specializes in wedding and fun shape cakes for special occasions. The frosted cut-out cookies are a bestseller and in December 2013 Lesh’s shop sold approximately 23,232 individual cookies.
