Boston Gift Show Announces 2007 Pride of New England Award Honorees

White Plains, NY – The Boston Gift Show has announced six honorees for the 2nd annual Pride of New England Awards, a coveted honor that recognizes New England retailers for excellence in customer service, creative merchandising and community involvement. The six honorees were announced during a reception on Saturday, March 24, at the Boston Gift Show, running March 24-27, 2007, at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.

The 2007 honorees are:

  • Dedham Women’s Exchange, Dedham, MA
  • Off The Wall Art and Fine Creations, Newburyport, MA
  • Snow Goose Shops, Sandwich, MA
  • Susan’s Secret Garden, Sturbridge, MA
  • The New England Sampler, Manchester, NH
  • The New Hampshire Stores, Hampton, NH

“The Pride of New England Awards are a highly-regarded honor among New England gift retailers, and we’re pleased to recognize these six stores for exceptional customer service, community involvement and proud support of New England-made products,” said Tony Orlando, show manager. “These stores exemplify the ingenuity and dedication necessary to grow a successful retail establishment.”

The 158th semi-annual Boston Gift Show, New England’s premier event for gifts and decorative accessories, runs March 24-27, 2007, at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. The Show attracts some 7,000 retailers, and presents nearly 500 exhibitors throughout seven divisions: At Home, General Gift, Handmade, Made in New England, Personal Accessories, Souvenir Source and The Museum Source (sponsored by Museums & More magazine). The next edition will run September 15-18, 2007.
