Brandwise Marks 15th Anniversary in 2013

Trailblazing technology solutions provider Brandwise is marking its 15th anniversary with a streamlined studio of products and a fresh focus on service and support for both existing and new customers in the gift and home furnishings industries. As part of this repackaging and reorientation, Brandwise also will unveil a rebranding which includes a dynamic new logo, new product names and a redesigned web site which will go live Monday, June 24th.

Brandwise has experienced dramatic growth, including signing more than 40 recent sales agreements and has expanded with new customers in a myriad of product categories. Brandwise highlights flexible, easy-to-use software solutions and superior customer service, offering a studio of solutions including order presentation and order capture, sales order integration, business intelligence and e-commerce to suppliers, sales agencies and sales representatives.

Supplier solutions include Brandwise Stream, a web-based technology that is designed to eliminate the hassle and errors that come from manual order entry by automating order submission and order processing. Brandwise Vision is a solution that is designed to provide essential information, business intelligence and analytics, including sales route optimization, customer relationship management and product trends.

Brandwise highlights its new service and support emphasis with a dynamic new design-driven logo and redesigned web site. The main emphasis of our redesigned web site is on technology and service solutions that modernize the art and science of selling.”

In line with this emphasis on customer support and service, the company also is strengthening its service staff with the hiring of a new training coordinator and increases in the number of personnel in the product training, product support and product management departments.
