Buy Local Network Encourages Residents to Think Local
Connellsville, PA – The Buy Local Network is encouraging local residents to start thinking locally when making their purchases and searching for services.
“The New Year is a great time to re-evaluate how you are spending your hard-earned dollars,” said Fay-Penn Economic Development Executive Director Michael Jordan. “And when you shop at locally-owned businesses, it has been proven that more of your money will be reinvested back into the community.”
The Buy Local Network program, sponsored by Fay-Penn Economic Development Council, Herald-Standard and the Greater Connellsville Chamber of Commerce, encourages citizens to support the local economy by buying at locally-owned businesses.
