Chelsea Rogers Opens Downtown Boutique and Makeup Bar
New Braunfels, TX – Chelsea Rogers has turned her passion into a business in downtown New Braunfels, all while helping area artisans pursue their passions as well.
River Rose, a clothing boutique and makeup bar, opened about a month ago at 139 N. Castell Ave., and features unique clothing and jewelry, much of which is from local designers, as well as makeup sessions for special occasions, every day or business events.
Chelsea, who is married to singer Randy Rogers, named the boutique after their young daughter, River Rose, who will be 1 year old in September.
