Christmasworld, Paperworld and Creativeworld – an Outstanding Order and Information Platform

The association of trade fairs held in Frankfurt at the beginning of the year generates new impulses for the whole market. The concurrence of Christmasworld (27 to 31 January 2012), Paperworld and Creativeworld (28 to 31 January 2012) offers even more powerful synergies for both exhibitors and visitors. The products on show are seen by a larger number of visitors. Companies can attract even more international attention and have the opportunity to make contact with potential customers from other sectors. Retailers and wholesalers profit from more innovations and trends, gain additional inspiration and thus obtain an impression of related segments. “The synergistic effects represent an unrivalled benefit for optimum assortment compilation. With well thought-out additions to their assortments, dealers can attract more attention and increase their sales”, explains Eva Olbrich, Director of Christmasworld. Altogether, over 3,000 exhibitors present their new products and innovations at the three fairs.

Today, specialist retailers are offering an increasingly varied assortment and continuously expanding their product portfolios. The consumer-goods fairs of Messe Frankfurt at the beginning of the year play an essential role in this development because they give trade visitors an opportunity to expand their horizons. The search for products that perfectly complement the assortment is becoming more and more important. At the same time, there is also growing interest in developments in related sectors. “This concurrence is unparalleled. Nowhere else in the world can trade visitors find such a multi-faceted spectrum of products as at our three trade fairs in Frankfurt”, says Michael Reichhold, Director, Paperworld and Creativeworld.

No matter from which sector they come – from the retail or wholesale trade, from department stores or the mail-order business – buyers using the multi-faceted association of fairs as an order and information platform have a great advantage over their competitors. Thus, trade visitors from garden centres, do-it-yourself markets and drug stores can find a complete range of Christmas and seasonal decorations at Christmasworld under the motto ‘The World of Event Decoration’. For them, a visit to Creativeworld is also worthwhile to find new products for their creative assortments. The products shown by Creativeworld exhibitors include floral foam, binding materials, polystyrene articles, felt and other craft materials, such as artists’ paints, brushes and canvasses. This extensive range of creative materials also benefits visitors to Paperworld from the paper, stationery and office supplies trade because arts and crafts products can also generate supplementary purchasing impulses among their customers. Moreover, seasonal occasions are very useful for giving business new impetus and the greetings cards, gift-wrapping materials and paper products in demand for this are to be found at Paperworld. And, when it comes to in-shop decorations, all trade visitors can be sure of gaining inspiration at Christmasworld.
