Culture and innovation at the NYIGF, with CreatedinFrance®

Paris – CreatedinFrance®, sponsored by Ateliers d’Art de France and dedicated to promoting the work of French craftsmen and companies abroad, will showcase sixteen outstanding exhibitors in their General Gift pavilion at the NYIGF. From gift ideas to tabletop and textiles delights, the traditional quality and contemporary flair each manufacturer displays will tantalize buyers from all corners of the globe.

French made products conjure up images of art, imagination, luxury and originality. For almost 150 years, Ateliers d’Art de France has been uniting French craft professionals. Their export brand, CreatedinFrance®, is responsible for the General Gift pavilion at the NYIGF.

With sixteen diverse exhibitors at the General Gift pavilion, a wide array of products is available:

  • Flatware from Alain Saint-Joanis (booth 2937) combines silver, gold and steel with wood, resin or enamel for top quality flatware that is dishwasher safe.
  • Beauville (booth 2824) is the signature for a unique collection of tablecloths created by today’s talented designers.
  • Claude Dozorme Cutlery (booth 2927) respects the demands of master cutlery while adapting to attractive, current styles.
  • Cristal de Paris (booth 2933) is specialized in luxury mouth blown, hand-cut crystal in a breathtaking array of color.
  • Decodelire (booth 2834) influenced by European Tokyo flair, offers popular line of bags, accessories, stationery and beauty items in colorful design.
  • Georges G. (booth 2923) is specialized in print and woven table linens and home textiles, created in the Alsatian textile tradition.
  • New this year, La Licorne (booth 2830) creates top quality reproductions of tapestries, which emphasis the mood and visual impact of the classic masterpieces.
  • La Route des Bains (booth 2826) is specialized in a variety of products, from organic cotton bath linens to naturally scented skin care, designed to create a harmonious and timeless bathroom atmosphere.
  • Laguiole en Aubrac (booth 2822) knives are assembled from start to finish by a single craftsman and individually hardened by hand.
  • Les Provencales Ambiences Inc. (booth 2921) proposes French home fragrances and catalytic fragrance lamps.
  • Lotta&Djossou (booth 2931) offers a unique collection of jewellery which evokes both romance and fantasy.
  • Nydel (booth 2925) showcases an impressive variety of beautiful prints and seasonal color combinations in their complete line of textiles.
  • Panier des Sens (booth 2820), a manufacturer and distributor of organic bath and body care, will show a complete range of natural products such as Argan oil body and Shea butter soaps.
  • Provence Lavandes (booth 2836) features a natural dry, coeur de lavandes scent in an attractive hand woven decorative baton.
  • Tissage Moutet (booth 2929) manufactures unique collections of table cloths, tea towels, napkins, hotel and restaurant linens in French cotton.
  • Vauzy-Chassangue (booth 2828) offers a number of attractive items from wine bottle openers and artificial corks to flatware sets and coordinated knives.
