Fairfield, CT – Moving from the toy industry into artisan olive oils and vinegars might be an unusual career move, but Jeff Love and Jeff Stein both thought it was a move into a niche market that could work.

Love and Stein opened their store Dash ‘N Drizzle two months ago at the Post Road and Unquowa Road. It has been well received by the community, they said.

“Momentum has been building. Summer is a little tricky around here,” said Stein. But he said that with the fall and holiday seasons coming up, they expect business to boom.
