Douglas Introduces Sillo-ettes aka the Mini Sillo

Keene, NH — Sassy Pet Sak Sillos™ hit the fashion runways just over a year ago, and, because of their extreme popularity with today’s young girls, the Douglas Company design team is bringing out something even more exciting but just a “little” bit different. The keyword there is “little.” The latest handbag must have is called the Sassy Pet Sak Sillo-ette™. They are the mini version of the Sassy Pet Sak Sillo™.

Sillo-ettes™ are the perfect size for the quick trip to the mall or an evening party. Measuring in at 6, 8 and 9 inches tall, Sillo-ettes are intended to carry just the very important items like an ID, credit card, a few bills, perhaps even a cell phone. There are six Sillo-ettes in the initial introduction: Owl, Green Zebra Dachshund, Celebration Horse, Peace Dachshund, Lily Flower Cat and Pink Butterfly. Each is beautifully designed with brightly hued quilted fabrics and embellished with coordinating trim and faux gems. SRP: $11 each

Sillos™ are a full size bag measuring 10 or even 13 inches tall, where the Sillo-ettes are more of a wristlet-type purse meant to be slung from the wrist or belt loop. They are scheduled to be on store shelves in late September 2010, and they are irresistibly adorable. Even though they are designed for ages 3 and up, do not be surprised if you see the more mature fashionista carrying one around.
