Annapolis, MD – The rigid tin wind-up robots wait motionless on the shelf, and the mosaic glass marbles ache for a careless hand to spill them out of their sack.

Wooly Willy doesn’t have a hint of five o’clock shadow, and the talking teeth have nothing to chatter about. Etch A Sketch is giving the blank stare.

Fun for All!, a downtown Annapolis toy store at 32 West St., has a kitschy assortment of collectibles and nick-knacks that appeal to the “nostalgia crowd,” as co-owner Jessica Clampitt describes the customer. Housed in a former lingerie boutique, the shop is a 1,200-square-foot haven for used-to-cost-a-nickels and remember-the-times.
