Ex*Tracts Winter 2008 Date & Location Changes Announced

White Plains, NY – George Little Management, LLC (GLM) has announced that the Winter 2008 edition of EX*TRACTS: New discoveries in beauty and wellness, will run Saturday, February 2, through Wednesday, February 6, 2008, at New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. According to GLM this one-time shift – to Saturday-Wednesday from its traditional Sunday-Wednesday date pattern – was necessitated by venue availability in New York City.

With EX*TRACTS’ relocation to the Javits Center from the Metropolitan Pavilion in February 2008, it will double in size to feature 150 companies. The semi-annual event will continue to run concurrently with the New York International Gift Fair (NYIGF), offering spa, salon and specialty retailers access to a broad range of personal care and well-being lines, as well as complementary gift and home merchandise.

EX*TRACTS runs concurrently with the New York International Gift Fair, the nation’s premier gift and home accessories marketplace at the Javits Center, Metropolitan Pavilion and Passenger Ship Terminal Piers 92 and 94, and Home Textiles Market Week at the Javits Center, Passenger Ship Terminal Pier 94, 230 Fifth Avenue and 7 West 34th Street in New York City.
