Green World Introduces Affordable, Quality in Jute Braided Rugs
Tucker, GA – Known for his impressive annual debuts of attention-getting new products, Junior Gupta, president of Homespice Decor, a leading designer and manufacturer of rugs and accessories, unveils his latest venture in 2008 – the announcement of his newest company, Green World Rugs. The new company was founded to target mass-markets and offer direct import options with a new line of lower-priced braided rugs made of 100-percent jute. Homespice Decor will continue to produce high-end braided rugs and accessories to appeal to the luxury market.
The new braided rug line from Green World Rugs, will showcase Gupta’s eye-catching color combinations in a new medium, jute, while maintaining the same high quality and advanced braiding techniques for which Homespice Decor has become so well known. Jute is an inexpensive fiber that offers durability, great color and an affordable price. The long, soft, shiny vegetable fiber is derived from an annual herb plant that can be grown year-round and thrives almost anywhere. During production, the quality jute fiber is spun into coarse, strong threads for manufacturing.
“Green World Rugs will provide customers with economical rugs produced with Homespice Decor’s color and design capabilities and backed by the same commitment to customer service,” says Junior Gupta, president of Homespice Decor and Green World Rugs. “Green World will also provide custom programs for retailers who may desire to private label.”
Six designs will debut at the summer markets, including Russet, Coffee, Spice, Timber Trail, Manchester and Mustard Seed.The rugs will debut at the Valley Forge Convention Center June 26-28 at booth #2539 and at the July Americasmart Rug Market at booth #U09.
