GSMA launches new platform for members

The Gift Sales Manager Association (GSMA) launched a new platform during its bi-monthly Wisdom Wednesday event on March 29.

GSMA said the platform it is designed to help with its goal of leading and strengthening the sales managers of the gift sales industry through education, communication and collaboration.

The platform features a forum where members are able to ask their peers questions and receive feedback all in real time. This crucial step, GSMA said, allows members to take ownership in the content it provides and make it a more powerful organization.

“The directive to the GSMA Board is to leave the organization better than the day we took over,” said Richard Freeman, president of GSMA. “To that end, we have launched the all-new GSMA web platform! It is significantly more user friendly and more robust to help us set the stage for the next decade. This is the first, albeit large, step in our efforts to improve our member’s experience with GSMA.”
