The Hartford Store, a holiday pop-up shop downtown, is offering merchandise from dozens of area businesses and groups.

The temporary store at 45 Pratt St., in the former Arts Council Welcome Center, stocks gifts, apparel and other items. It’s open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On game nights in Hartford for UConn or the Connecticut Whale, it will open for extended hours.

The store carries items from the Connecticut Whale, the Hartford Whalers, the Connecticut Botanical Society, the Mark Twain House and area stores. It also sells restaurant gift certificates, custom gift baskets, jewelry, locally cast pewter ornaments, guide books, live wreaths, local greeting cards and prints and food items, including Black-eyed Sally’s hot sauces, Tapas’ salad dressing and Frank’s marinara.
