Heavenly Treasures Gift Shop expands
Caldwell, OH – In response to the overwhelming number of donations and items donated, Outreach Ministries, a program of Lutheran Social Services of Southern Ohio (LSS), recently expanded Heavenly Treasures Gift Shop in Caldwell with an additional 300 square feet of floor space. Featuring home decor, furniture, antiques, glassware and hundreds of other items, the gift shop is located inside the LSS distribution center at 810 Main St, and all proceeds go to support Outreach Ministries programming.
Outreach Ministries Assistant Director David Cater is excited about the success of the gift shop so far. “I can’t imagine any shop competing with our low prices, our inventory and variety. This is quite possibly the most unique shop in Southern Ohio and beyond, and the variety is limitless. You never know what may come in next from our many donors.”
The gift shop officially opened on July 12, and now occupies more than 2,500 square feet of showroom space. One of the more popular items available at the gift shop is handmade quilts, and Cater went on to add that they will be raffling one quilt a month. Bill Morland from Caldwell was the month of September’s winner.
