Narborough, UK – Running a shop together was never in Sophie and Simon Edwards’ grand plan – it just happened that way.
The pair met at university and, after graduating, were pulling shifts at Sophie’s parents’ gallery shop in Narborough, when they realised they were pretty good at this business-running malarkey.
Some 20 years – and a marriage and two kids – later, the pair run award-winning gift shop Narborough Hall from the Grade II-listed building.
