iota’s Premium Stationery Essentials Inspire Handwritten Communication in Full Color

Iota, a purveyor of trend-setting stationery, accessories and gifting essentials, adds more “green” to its palette this season with eco-friendly fibers in new premium boxed letter paper sets. Three sets debut, the Eastern-inspired Darjeeling, the geometrically inclinedZiggy and the modern floral, Bloomin’. Premium cotton papers featuring rich textures and heavier weights are made from 60% renewable cotton pulp and 40% renewable wood pulp with keepsake storage boxes made from 100% recycled paper (MSRP $16).

For the paper obsessed (both young and old), iota introduces modern correspondence kits chock full of note writing provisions. Five designs run the gamut from florals to peace signs, meant to appeal to a broad range of modern correspondents. Each set contains six letter paper sheets, six foldover notecards, six correspondence cards as well as 18 colorful open-end envelopes and a sticker sheet filled with 47 message and pattern embellishments (MSRP $18). The large, envelope-shaped box can be reused to store treasured letters and mementos.

Every year, iota introduces a new color palette based on nine, deeply saturated colors, which tie back directly to iota’s brand identity: iota is the ninth letter of the Greek alphabet. This season, iota introduces the Zing color palette, providing the building blocks of a slate of new patterns: Calabash, Darjeeling, Gumballs, Rubberbands, Ruby Slippers, Summer Tee, Unfolded, Wallflowers and Ziggy, which are applied to stationery essentials throughout the line.

Existing stationery formats adorning the new 2012 patterns and colors include petite no. 10 notecard sets, note blocks, self mailers, assorted boxed notes, boxed thank you notes (which includes a handy thank you note writing tip sheet), artist bound journals, legacy journals, mini pocket journals and tall book notebooks (MSRP $3 -$18).
