Parents Choose ‘Last Word’ First

Buffalo, NY – The National Parenting Center has awarded Buffalo Games’ Last Word Party Game the 2007 Seal of Approval. Last Word is the uproarious race to have the final say! Players advance to the finish by creatively connecting subjects and letters, while racing a random-interval timer and the other players. For example, subject: “Vegetables”, letter: “C”, players blurt out Carrots! Cucumbers! Corn! Cauliflower! ‘tick tick’ The player who gets the last word in before the timer sounds advances. The game can be played by 2-8 players and is recommended for children 8 years and up.

“This game is truly unique due to the random interval timer that dictates the pace of the game,” said Mark Predko, Director of Marketing for Buffalo Games. “We are very proud to receive the 2007 Seal of Approval from The National Parenting Center. Our mission with every game is to make life more fun and rewarding for the entire family. This type of recognition confirms our commitment and exemplifies the family-play characteristics we so highly value,” he added.

The National Parenting Center’s Seal of Approval program, created in 1990, identifies products and services being marketed to the parent/child audience. The consumer oriented testing process solicits evaluations from parents and their children. The Seal of Approval award signifies to other parents that their peers have acknowledged a product’s quality and desirability based on a wide variety of determining factors. It is the sole intention of The National Parenting Center to advise, support and guide parents with sound, responsible advice.
