‘Little, Quirky’ Shop Opens Downtown
Shelbyville, IN – A Kansas transplant with an eclectic background and savvy style sense has opened a new women’s boutique in downtown Shelbyville.
The Beez Neez, a play on “the bee’s knees,” the popular 1920s phrase to describe the “best of the best,” reflects owner Becky Holcomb’s whimsical perspective on the boutique experience.
“I just wanted to have a little gift boutique for women because we like to shop and like fun, little, quirky things,” she said. “And I wanted unique stuff, things you don’t find everywhere.”
