Merger between Dexsa and James Lawrence companies

2018 has brought some exciting changes to the Dexsa Company.   As of January 1st, 2018 Dexsa Company has taken over the James Lawrence Company and everything now falls under the Dexsa brand.  Since the start of these two companies over 30+ years ago, Dexsa and James Lawrence have shared the same warehouse space/offices but remained financially separate Companies.  Now things will be streamlined under one Company.

Product innovation and fresh designs has been Dexsa’s focus the past several years and continues to be with their new products for 2018.  The majority of their products are made in the USA.  The merger with James Lawrence brings framed art, mugs and bookmarks into the Dexsa brand of products to further broaden their product offerings.

Brian Johnson is the owner of Dexsa and has been the Sales Manager of both Dexsa and James Lawrence for the past 20+ years.  He had the following to say about the merger: “The merger of Dexsa and James Lawrence Companies was something that had been in the works for quite some time and simply made a lot of sense.  Efficiencies were gained by having the two companies under one roof, we were able to keep our current staffing whole and stores gain by having a lot more product options to choose from and save on freight along the way.  Our customers and reps have loved it!!  Dexsa’s vision over the next several years is to carry on the strong foundation these two companies have built in the industry and continue our focus on being the most innovative and creative USA made company out there.”
