More Suppliers From the Contract Business Segment at Ambiente 2014

There is an even stronger focus on the theme of contract business at Ambiente 2014, which will be held in Frankfurt am Main from 7 to 11 February: 270 exhibitors from 30 countries (2013: 250 exhibitors from 30 countries) will be revealing their offers and solutions from the contract business and Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) segments. The world’s most significant consumer goods event thus takes up a position as a must-attend venue for decorators, interior designers, caterers and people from the up-market hotel segment, who will find tailor-made solutions for the contract business at Ambiente. These include the tailoring of standard product lines to specific requirements, individually customized designs and the highest product quality, even with large order volumes.

In the Dining segment, Dibbern, Pillivuyt and Zwiesel Kristallglas will be among the top suppliers from the contract business segment. With Schönwald, a company from the BHS Group, it was possible to acquire the market leader in the Horeca segment. In the Living section, suppliers such as Exotica Cor Mulder, Fink and Lambert offer expertise and experience in equipping commercial premises. The appropriate suppliers can be clearly identified at the fair by the contract business label. A new feature is the Contract Guide, which is available throughout the Fair and Exhibition Centre during Ambiente. It lists all the exhibitors from the contract business segment, including contact details. Thanks to a digital matchmaking-platform with access limitation and a supplier verification system, company information can be researched in advance and appointments arranged for personal contact at the fair. For more information on this, visit: contract-ambiente.messefrankfurt.com. All companies listed at Ambiente as contract business partners are selected in advance prior to the fair and have to demonstrate suitable reference projects.

To find out what contract business solutions look like for the hotel industry is something that visitors to Ambiente can do on two exclusive hotel tours. The first stop on the hotel tour is the Radisson Blu Hotel. Here, designer Matteo Thun has created four different styles to go with the hotel’s various storeys. These styles, namely Fashion, Fresh, Chic and @home, are reflected in the hotel’s 428 rooms. As the second item on the programme, a visit to the Grandhotel Hessischer Hof has been planned. The five-star superior hotel offers exclusively appointed rooms and suites. One of the rooms visitors will be able to view is the presidential suite and the newly designed spa area. The hotel tours will be held on Saturday, 8 February, and on Monday, 10 February, both starting at 4 pm. The number of participants for both tours is limited. Registration is possible immediately at contractbusiness@messefrankfurt.com.
