A Cleethorpes woman has started up her own business – in memory of her late mother.

Sadie Harness, 35, has opened Barbarello’s Gift Shop in Market Street to honour mum Barbara, who died earlier this year.

The new venture has also helped her sister Kelly Davies out of 12 years of unemployment.

Sadie said: “My mum was diagnosed with breast cancer and died in April.

“We always took her to garden centres and she used to love all the little gifts.

“She often said to me, I should open my own gift shop, so after she passed away I decided to do just that.”

Barbarello’s sells everything from photo frames to French-style furniture, baby gifts, handmade boxes, fancy mirrors and more.
