In celebration of this significant milestone, the company unveiled a series of special events and launches.
A nod to the beginning: The “hats off to 20 years!” mini
In tribute to its inaugural “party hat” SKU, nora fleming is thrilled to introduce the “hats off to 20 years!” mini. This celebratory piece showcases a vibrant green and purple party hat, adorned with blue polka dots and crowned with a metallic gold pom-pom, symbolizing two decades of joy and community.
Interactive celebration at winter markets
nora fleming invites retailers to partake in the festivities at the Dallas, Atlanta and Las Vegas markets. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to paint their own “hats off to 20 years!” mini between 2 and 4 p.m. daily. These sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis, adding a personal touch to the celebration.

Honoring the journey
According to the company, nora fleming’s journey began with a pivotal “a-ha moment” in 2004 at founder Nora Napientek’s pottery shop near Chicago.
Observing women returning month after month for new platters, she envisioned a simpler, more versatile solution — a single platter adaptable for multiple occasions. In 2006, with her brother Jon Neidlinger joining as a business partner, they transformed this vision into reality. In 2013, nora fleming kicked off what would become a cherished collaboration by introducing its first NCAA helmet mini. This partnership brought a wave of excitement to sports fans, allowing them to celebrate their favorite teams with the brand’s signature style.
The following year, in 2014, nora fleming embarked on a partnership with JK Adams, renowned for its high-quality wooden boards. This collaboration paired nora fleming minis with their beautifully crafted wood, creating an even more versatile and elegant entertaining experience.
In 2020, nora fleming embarked on two exciting collaborations, further enriching its collection. nora fleming teamed up with Fiesta Dinnerware, marrying their iconic bold colors and designs with custom minis inspired by their vibrant dinnerware. This partnership blended tradition with innovation, offering a fresh twist to table settings. Additionally, nora fleming joined forces with Just Born to bring a whimsical series of their iconic Peeps to life. These minis, inspired by the beloved candy, added a playful and nostalgic element to the nora fleming collection, delighting fans and collectors alike. These partnerships in 2020 marked a year of dynamic growth and creative fusion for nora fleming.
In 2022, nora fleming introduced one of its most successful minis to date, in partnership with Character Arts — “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.” This cherished character captured the hearts of retailers and customers alike, making it a standout piece in the collection.
Commitment to charity
Deeply rooted in nora fleming’s ethos is the commitment to giving back. nora fleming has proudly supported charitable causes, including a long-standing partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. nora fleming’s limited collection series of minis with St. Jude’s has raised more than $850,000 to date.
In 2024, coinciding with the brand’s 20th anniversary, nora fleming aims to achieve its donation milestone of $1 million with the release of a ninth and final St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital mini and keepsake box.
Additionally, a newly launched “Band Together with nora fleming” initiative continues to support various causes, reflecting on nora fleming’s dedication to making a difference.
