Now Designs freshens up internal roles

For 50 years, Now Designs has created kitchen textiles, table linens and accessories that are consistently recognized for superior colors, trends, design and unsurpassed quality and workmanship. To start off 2017, Now Designs will add some fresh-faced job titles to continue raising the bar.

Giedre Sopyte has been promoted as the new online and international sales supervisor at Now Designs. With seven years of experience working with international customers, she is excited about expanding her customer base. She looks forward to creating new distribution channels for Now Designs globally and hopes to see more products available for a wider range of consumers.

“We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Giedre to Online and International Sales Supervisor in the Sales department at Now Designs”, said Anne Drinkwater, VP of sales at Now Designs. “She will add International sales, both retail and distribution, to online sales. In her new role, she will be applying the energy she demonstrated building our online sales, to expanding our global markets.”

Jessica Bonkowski is a sales professional with a history in the fashion industry. With a keen sense for design and a dedication to an excellent customer experience, Jessica joins Now Designs as the new key account sales manager.

Of Bonkowski’s new title, Drinkwater said, “She adds a fresh perspective to the sales team from her background in women’s wear sales management. The knowledge she brings will be invaluable in working with textiles for kitchen and home. We are thrilled to have Jessica with us to expand our key account sales throughout the USA.”

Kerry Niesen has joined Now Designs as the new US specialty manager. He brings over 20 years of retail and housewares experience, first as the owner of Seattle-based specialty store, City Kitchens and then as the national sales manager with Tovolo.  He has a passion for the success of independent specialty retailers and is excited to help grow their business with all the amazing Now Designs and Danica Studio products.

“Kerry brings a richness of experience from having been in both wholesale and retail. He brings an infectious enthusiasm for our customer’s success. We are thrilled to welcome Kerry to Now Designs,” said Drinkwater.
