Owego Gift Shop Receives “Best Dressed Window” AwardBy NewsChannel34.com

If you’ve ever gone to New York’s downtown Manhattan to shop before Christmas, you would know that window shopping takes on a whole new meaning during this festive season. Holiday window displays have long been a tradition to attract shoppers into the stores to spend their money.
