Primitives by Kathy names national independent sales manager

Primitives by Kathy, a wholesaler and manufacturer with more than 25 years of experience in the gift and home décor industry, named Sydney Woern as its new national independent sales manager.

According to the company, Woern brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in sales management to lead and oversee the national independent sales channel with a primary focus on maximizing sales performance and market share alongside the company’s mission to provide both timeless and on-trend products.

As part of a continued initiative to create a more focused sales and marketing strategy that improves the retailer’s experience, Woern will serve as the primary liaison between Primitives by Kathy and its external sales rep agency, OneCoast, in addition to closely collaborating with internal teams to ensure unified messaging and outstanding service for their retailer partners nationwide.

Woern will also represent Primitives By Kathy at industry events, highlighting the benefits of the company’s products and brand. Giving back is another important mission for the company, and Woern will further drive awareness of their support of Kathy’s Circle of Friends, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Kathy Phillips, as well as many other organizations through their collection of benefit items.
