Small Stores Offer Gift Shopping at Less Hectic Pace
Alle-Kiski Valley, PA – At most locally owned retailers, you probably won’t find “door-buster” Black Friday discounts for the first customers in the door at 6 a.m.
But you likely won’t find long lines, frenzied crowds, overflowing parking lots and impersonal service, either.
At several small businesses in the Alle-Kiski Valley on Friday, the atmosphere was calm yet festive as owners prepared for the holiday shopping season.
