Three Eden businesses join forces
Three Eden businesses have recently joined forces to occupy the former Gourmet Shop at Grogan’s Center, located at 349 W. Kings Highway.
Ella McBride-Chatham, owner of Riverhouse Gift and Gourmet, works with event consultant Sandi Adkins and Kari White of Grand Rental Station Party Plus in the first floor of the building. The basement of the store has been converted into a coffee and ice cream shop dubbed Coffez and Creamz, owned and operated by Joey Zanetti.
McBride-Chatham said her partnership with both companies only enhances her business and provides for additional opportunities.
“Combining our three businesses is really an asset for Eden, because we complement each other so well,” she said. “We really have faith in our community that we will be supported, and so far we’ve received nothing but positive feedback about this move.”
Riverhouse Gift and Gourmet offers custom-built gift baskets for all occasions, old-fashioned Christmas gift wrapping, and a multitude of other gifts and products. McBride-Chatham said she’s even started offering wedding favors because of the business received from bridal parties at Grand Rental Station.
