New Cumberland, PA – For Becky Lee, who grew up surrounded by art, it was a fulfillment of a dream to open her shop on Bridge Street in New Cumberland.

“I was inspired by the females in my family,” said Lee, whose great aunt Elsie ran a millinery store in 1928. “I figured if she could run a shop, so could I.”

Lee said her interest in art was piqued through exposure. “My mother was an artist, so I spent a lot of time in galleries and when she began managing ‘The Negative Space’ in Dillsburg. I went along to all the buyers’ shows and started collecting. She always let me pick out something I wanted.”
