‘Together We Prosper’ Theme For Mt. Lake Chamber CampaignBy MTLakesNews.com

The Mt. Lake Area Chamber of Commerce is promoting a new shop local campaign called Together We Prosper. The slogan for the campaign is a direct take-off from the first $2 bill in business that is awarded to new businesses in town.

Using $2 bills as a “coupon,” the basis of the promotion is to encourage people to shop locally which will keep businesses in town, support the schools and help ensure a future for Mt. Lake’s children.

Participating businesses will give in-store specials to their customers that shop in their stores by using the $2 bill. Specials will change on a regular basis.

The Chamber of Commerce will utilize Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Mountain-Lake-Chamber-of-Commerce/188663741180476, and the city’s web site at www.mountainlakemn.com, as well as ads in the Observer/Advocate and on KDOM radio to inform consumers of new specials.
